Select Product Donation
Step 1. Eligibility Criteria
If your organisation has been registered, and BiGTech has confirmed that your organisation does meet the required Eligibility Criteria for at least one of our donor partners, please see their guidelines before placing an order.
Step 2. Login
Please login using your organisation's username and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'forgotten password' link on the right of the screen.
Step 3. Browse Products
You can Browse Products, and choose to search by Donor Partner or category of equipment. In each case, you will see a list of available equipment with associated Administration Fees. You can click on an item to see more information.
Step 4. Select & Add to Cart
Once you have decided that you would like to acquire a product, you add it to your cart. You can view the items in your cart at any time. Once you have have finished selecting items, you proceed to the checkout.
At checkout, you will be provided with a summary of your order and confirmation of your delivery address. If you are happy you may confirm your order.
Step 5. Admin fee
Upon completing the transaction, you will receive an invoice by email. Once we receive payment of the admin fee mentioned in the invoice, we will ship your order.
Please note: It is a requirement of the BiG Tech Donation Program that goods are delivered to the Registered Delivery Address of your organisation.
All orders are subject to approval. In the event that your order cannot be accepted, you will receive immediate advice and an automatic refund of the Administrative Fee.

You can expect to receive your order up 14 days from the date we receive your payment.
