Registration 

1. NGO Registration is via an online form - here. Please fill in the details correctly for all mandatory fields. If your organization does not have a website, please send us your organization profile document (brochure, etc.) & annual report to enable us to qualify your NGO.

2. Send us a hard copy or email us the scanned versions of your organisation's Certificate of registration under -

   • Society Registration Certificate OR
   • Certificate of registration under Trust Deed of Public Charitable Trust OR
   • certificate of registration under Section 25 of the Companies Act. 
   • Please note we will also need the FCRA registration details for international Donors like Microsoft & Bytes of Learning. Local Donors like QuickHeal Antivirus & BUSY Accounting & Inventory Mgmt do not require FCRA information. 

Once we have your completed registration form & have received your documentation:

• If your organisation does meet the required eligibility criteria for any one or more of the Donors, confirmation will be emailed to your organisation’s registered email address.
• Please note that all the Donors have different criteria for donations. Even if you do not qualify for any of the current donations, you may qualify for donations from future partners. We will retain your information and advise you by email if and when you do qualify for such a partner.
