Social Media Tools Workshop
What a blast we had! 40 participants from various NGOs had a great time learning from Beth.

| The workshop successfully brought together a mix of CSR heads of companies, NGOs, marketing, sales and media professionals. The participants were a mix of professionals who have experience in the social media tools and some who were beginners.
The workshops were kicked off by a round of introductions followed by Beth introducing what social media is all about – using her blog as an example.
The workshop was a very effective insight into what new age social media tools can do for an effective CSR program of a company and also how they help NGOs in building their plans. The social media strategy blocks she identified for the participants were:
Most participants went back excited about the power of social media and with the intent of leveraging the tools for their respective organizations and projects. NASSCOM Foundation has received requests about hosting more such workshops and will endeavour to do so in the coming months.
