Please note the following important program details:

  • Organizations are restricted to four SAP Business Objects software products per fiscal year (1 July - 30 June).
  • One two-year, 10-user SAP Business Objects BI OnDemand license per two-year period
  • One two-year, 10-user SAP StreamWork license per two-year period
  • When a request has been approved, an email will be sent to the organization's email address (not the address of the person requesting the product).
  • Organizations requesting online training can expect to receive their registration information by email two to three weeks after their eligibility has been verified and their administrative fee has been received.
